The Arran Machrie Moor is a series of peated single malt whiskies from the Arran Distillery on the Isle of Arran in Scotland. The 4th Edition refers to the fourth release or edition of this series. It's known for its peaty character with maritime influences, reflecting the rugged landscape and coastal environment of the Isle of Arran.

It was Harrold Currie a former director of Chivas who came with the idea of building a distillery in Arran, and the distillery was built in the north side of the island, in the area of Lochranza, in 1995.
During 2019 a new distillery was built in the south area of the island which is known as “the Lagg”. Almost all of the distillery’s production is used for the needs of its own single malt lineup.
